The quality of educational programs has been directly linked to the need to ensure participatory, democratic and collaborative educational practices, which have a significant impact both on the daily experience of children, as well as on their future development and empowerment as active and critically thinking persons.

At the same time, the family environment and specifically the way parents / caregivers and children interact, as well as their common experiences and actions have been shown to affect their social, emotional and cognitive development.

The defence of the right of children to participate in decision-making on matters concerning them (Article 12 of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child), the recognition of children as agents in the construction of their own childhood and the priority for a participatory, cooperative and interactive education, require their practical support from everyone.

The terms of equal opportunities, participatory decision-making, active participation in the learning process and its evaluation, active listening, interaction and respect for diversity, exploratory dialogue, research and reflection inspire the educational material and actions of the VOICE program.
