The main objectives of the program are:
- to support the rights of the child regarding children’s participation in decision-making on matters that concern them
- the production of educational material to support teachers and parents in enhancing children's participation in their own learning and decision-making
- the dissemination of educational material through this website, as well as through the organization of training one-day conferences and workshops in collaboration with six collaborating Regional Directorates of Education in Greece (Central Macedonia, Western Macedonia, Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, Western Greece, Southern Aegean and Crete)
- the support of professional learning communities with a genuine interest and focus on supporting and realizing a participatory and democratic education
